Yesterday I did what I never planed on, I skipped a day, without any plans to make it up. Week 10 was just a bit to much, and I needed a break.  It was totally worth it,  After my much needed day off, I was quite surprised how hard it was to get up and run. With quite a bit of effort I managed to pull myself together and hit the treadmill.

  The run itself went fine, It was surprisingly difficult to stay at pace, I kept feeling my foot hit the back of the treadmill. But It was not because it was tired or to sour, it was just because I was not in the grove. But this run did get me get my muscles loosened back up, and I think I will be able do my Yasso 800's tomorrow.
