LA Marathon training program: Week 16

Taper: 3mi @ 9:11  (3mi @ 9:17)
Weight: 192 Time: 5:30am Temp: 22 Weather: Snow Route:  Treadmill

The last week is here, and I am on a crazy roller costar of dread and hope. This run was pretty much uneventful as expected. 3 miles at 9:17 was almost a cake walk at this point. 

  The only thing of note that happened with this run was that my Nike+ seams to not want to upload any more of my runs. I am hoping I can figure out what the problem is by the the end of the week. If the dam thing dose not record the Marathon I will be very un happy.
