LA Marathon training program: Week 2
Tuesday
November 21th, 2006
EZ Run: 6mi @ 9:03
(Planned: 6mi @ 9:17)
Weight: 188.5
Time: 7:00pm
Temp: 33f
Weather: Clear
Route: 6x Laps around the sub
Notes:
My alarm did not seam to want me to wake up this morning, so I had to run after work. The nice think is that it was nice and clear.
My knee seamed better today, I think it liked the day and a half off.
Tomorrow is the fastest set of Intervals that I have been asked to do. I'm a bit worried that It is to hard. But I have ran 7minite miles before, so 800 meters at 3:30 should be do-able.
