LA Marathon training program: Week 2

Intervals: 4mi - 3x 800m @ 3:29 w/400m Jogs   (
5mi - 3x800 @3:30 w/400 jogs)
 
Weight: 188 Time: 8:30pm Temp: 72f Weather: Clear Route: Treadmill
Notes:

   This was my first 3:30 interval, This was kind of a proving ground for my Yasso 800's. All went well. I think I might have messed up my Jogs and not run long enough. Somehow this was supposed to end up at 5 miles. I went ahead and stopped after my cool down.

   I wore my knee brace, on top of my tendon strap.  Seams to have worked pretty well, no pain of note.

   This is my last run before the Fantasy 5k, hoping to run under 22, wish me luck.
