Notes:
Today was nice weather for this late in the year, and I wanted to do something kind of cool, so I decided to take my long run straight to hell. I called this route that because it it the most direct route from Howell MI, to Hell, MI. 12.75 mile. The only problem with this is I had to make my wife come pick me up.
The run went well, over all, but I did have some minor annoyances. I started off slow, my first mile was a bit over 10minutes. It took me the next 2 miles to make up my missing 50 seconds. However doing that got me running a bit faster then I was supposed to, and I never dropped back down to the 9:17 that I was scheduled to run. I think that I ended up running around 8:40 to 9:00 for the last 12 miles or so. This was first time I ran this route, and it turned out to be pretty hilly toward the end. I ended up finishing about 3 or so minutes early.
