Notes:
Almost didn't make it out today, was hard to get out of bed, and when I poked my head out the door, and felt the wind-chill. But my fear of missing a day on my schedule, forced me downstairs to the treadmill.
I tried to fight to treadmill induced boredom by pooping

in the Xbox. I was turned it up about as loud as I could imagine needing. Problem was once I was running at full speed I could barely here it. Still I had begun so I stuck to it. Since I could not really hear the movie, I was about board to tears by mile Five. So I kicked it up to what I am hoping will be my Marathon pace for the last mile. I know I'm supposed to be recovering this week, but there is so much time I can stair at a TV that I cant hear.
This is the second time I have done a run were I forgot to notice if my Knee was Ok. So I am pretty happy with that.

Take it easy on recovery weeks, or you'll end up losing time from injury, especially if you've had previous injuries. Trust me on this one.
Good luck, I'm hoping to do my next one in Baghdad. Don't deploy 'til May, so maybe next fall.
