LA Marathon training program: Week 5

This mourning I had a hard time getting up again, stupid Friday. Anyway I got up late, and realized that all my running cloths, including my Knee Brace, were still wet in the dryer. I considered running in the evening, but I would like to go out to dinner tonight and did not feel like changing my plans, so I decided to go down stairs, in my Boxer briefs and jump on the treadmill. It was only four miles so I was not to concerned about my Knee brace-less-ness....

  The long and short of it was things went well, no knee pain, even without the brace, and the one redeeming feature of the treadmill is I don't have to worry about losing my pace.
