LA Marathon training program: Week 6

After Sunday, today seamed like a breeze, It was still a bit harder then a EZ run should be, but I had no problems with it. After all this is my first week at this EZ Run pace.
 
   Tomorrow I do my first set of Yasso 800's. I'm a bit nervous, as the next 6 weeks are going to be the hardiest I have ever trained. I am prepared, to cut down my runs should things no go well, but I still have hope that the program as it is is realistic.
 
   PS, I am going to try and run this entire week, on the treadmill, because I want to be able to control my pace in a more precise manner until I am sure I am not over estimating my current condition.
