LA Marathon training program: Week 6

 I seam to have miss calculated distance when I planed this, I guess I am supposed  to warm up for 1.5 miles intend of 1. Anyhow, come the end of my last 1600m repeat I realized I was missing .5 of a mile. So I decided to throw in 1 800m interval. I hope this was not stupid, as I don't want to over train, but I seam to feel fine as I write this. However I should really stick to the program a bit more religiously.

  Over all I am pleased with today's run, this was the fast set of 1600m intervals I have had to do, and while it was difficult it was not "Hard". I am feeling pretty good and a bit more optimistic. Now I just have to survive my long run at the right pace, and I will feel like I'm back on track.
