(Planned: 4mi @ 9:06)
Weight: 187
Time: 10:30pm

Route:
Pinckney EZ Run
Notes:
After Sundays long run I needed to have a good run, and today I did. I broke several running training rules, but It was worth it. I did not start the run with the idea of running fast. It just kind of happened.
I started the run with the idea of putting in the same amount of effort I was using when running on the treadmill. This never seams to work for me, I have been told that treadmill running is easier then outdoor running but I have always found it the opposite. In this example I ended up at mile one at 8:10. I was feeling really good so I got it in my head to do the entire 4 miles, at my "Marathon" Pace, of 8:00. So I just kept going. Beside from the road being muddy, things went remarkably well. No traffic, no rain. No pain.
This was one of those runs that reminds me why I do this. All I can say is I hope that the faster then normal pace dose not come back to get me in over the rest of the week.
