 It is 11:30 pm and I forgot that I had not logged my run this morning, so I am going to make it quick.

  This was Set 2 of 7 sets of Yasso 800's. Today I did 5 repeats, overall went very well. I must admit that at about 700m of each repeat I start thinking I am never going to be able to do the next one. However by the end of each recovery jog I find myself ready to go. I don't know if this will be the case as the repeats mount up. We shall see next week.

  No knee pain, no muscle pain, a bit of sourness later in the day, but that is normal for Spadework days. For the second day in a row I am encouraged. Yet in the back of my mind I am already dreading Sunday, and the 20mile pain fest that awaits.
