 Once again I have put of this blog until the we hours. Being on vacation is really messing me up.
   Today's run went very well, I tried to keep the pace right on the money, though I did finish a bit early, mostly because I was making sure I sped up on the hills, I have not been doing Hill work so I thought It might be a good practice. Anyway. Between that and bumbling up the pace a bit for the last Half mile, I finished early. The good news is that It was pretty easy. I think I might finally be used to 9:06 for my EZ Run pace. Its a petty that it speeds up again in just over a week.
  No knee pain, and great run over all. Wish they could all be this nice. Well sun sun would be nice as well.
