(Planned: 4mi @ 7:42)
Weight: 185.5
Time: 3:30am
Temp: 36f
Weather: Cloudy

Pinckney EZ Run
Notes:
For the first time in months I ran my Tempo run out side. This was thanks to my new Gamin Forerunner 205, GPS watch. I have to admit that I took brakes after warm-up, and cool down. Mostly to play with the watch, and figure out how to use it.
Once I finished messing around with my new toy, I began my run officially. I have to admit it was pretty hard. I have been doing tempos on treadmill, and the the real world hills, though small, made a noticeable difference.
I want to write up a full review of my Forerunner soon, so I wont review it here. But it was very nice to to have accurate pace tracking. My splits went like this, 7:26, 7:29, 7:39, 7:36. The crazy thing is that I watched my pace as I ran and It seamed that I was hovering around 8:10, But I could not watch all the time.
Well it is late, and I am going to start planning my 20 mile run for Sunday, with a bit of fear.
