I ran late tonight because my sleep schedule was quite messed up by vacation, and I could not get myself up this morning before work to run. This is a recovery week, so I am not to concerned with stay exactly to plan. With this in mind I am going to take tomorrow off, so that I can get back to running in the morning. I am simply going to swap Wednesday and Thursday on the plan. This should have no impact on my training and will allow me to sleep in tomorrow. Tonight's run went well once again. I managed to stay a bit ahead of my virtual partner the entire run. I had no knee or muscle pain. The only thing that kind of sucked is I ran into town, and had to wait for lights a few times, and put up with people blinding me with there bright head lights.
