LA Marathon training program: Week 8

 As is becoming my habit on recovery weeks, I decided to kind of free range this run. I Had my watch on and maid sure I was ahead of my vertual partner the entire time, but I did not pay to much attention to the miles and the laps. The good news is it was a very nice run, the bad is that I did over work myself a bit.
  The run broke down to 7mi @ 8:33 and 1 mile @ 7:56. I did this last mile at "Marathon Pace" just to see how I would do. Since I had found myself completing my 7mi run well over a mile from home. Things worked out well and I have had not pain of note, and I don't even feel very sour. I'm going to sit around like a lazy person for the rest of the day and watch TV. Next week promises to bring the pain back, and I want to get my relaxing in were I can.
  On a side note It is 4:09pm now and It is snowing a wet, and miserable sleet-ish snow. I am very glad that I decided to get the run over with early. I can only hope thing get less sludgy by Tuesday or its going to be another week on the treadmill.
