LA Marathon training program: Week 9

Forth set of Yazzo 800's, 3 more to go. This was hard, as was expected, but not as bad as I feared. I begin to have hope again. Some how it seams that If I can do 7 repeats I will be able to do 10. I did not feel that way after 6, but I did today.

  No knee pain of note, or abnormal muscle pain or sourness. All seams well, and I think I will be ready for my tempo run on Friday.

  I'm not quite sure what the heck is going on with my wait, I seam to be consistently heavier these days. But I dot feel like I'm gaining fat. I may still be adding muscle but that dose not seam to likely. I am thinking that I might try and do a bit of a diet in February while I taper.
