LA Marathon training program: Week 11

Only one more set of Yasso 800's!!!. After last week I was a bit worried that I had fired myself, and that I would not be able to do today's workout. But all is well, I think the day off I took was well worth it.
  The run went well, The first repeat was a bit hard, but after that I found my stride. Things went well enough that I bumped up my pace for the last 800m interval to 3:20. This gave me a little glimpse into my 2009 Marathon training program.
  Not much more to say, next week is my last set of Yasso 800's, 10x800 @ 3:30. I am pretty confident at this point that I can do this with no problems. I am however going to move the run to Wednesday, so that It is one more day closer to the marathon. Once these are done I will feel like a great weight has been lifted, and the remaining weeks of training should be a breeze.
