This was my last set of Yasso 800's, or was at least supposed to be. Considering how hard these were when I started, I am quite happy with how this went. Starting at the 4th repeat, I bumped up the pace .1 of a mile each repeat. Ending with my last 2 at 3:20.  I don't know if I was supposed to do this, but I felt up to it so I went ahead and ran with it.

  The bad news is that, right after finishing these I read realized that I started my Yasso 800's to early. They recommend that you do your last repeat 14 to 17 days before the marathon, Today's run was almost 2 weeks beyond that. So I am thinking of doing this same run one more time, 17 days before the race.

  Only other thing to mention, is that after this run I got on a plain for 4 hours. This is not something I recommend.
