LA Marathon training program: Week 12

I was very happy to get back to running, even on the treadmill. Even after getting off a plain, I was looking forward to getting back on schedule.

 To keep thing interesting I tried to stair step the pace a bit, I started at 8:57 and sped up .1 of a mile every mile. I dropped down once at mile 3, but still ended up running the last mile at 8:00.

 This run also marked the end of my Nike+ sensor. I got it to work for a few minutes but I think the batteries in the shoe sensor is dead. I was not terribly surprised by this, 1000 miles is a reasonable life span for a 29 dollar sensor. I have already bought a new one, and am will be braking it in on my EZ run on Tuesday. With a little luck this one will be more accurate.
